     Our son drove his Tesla until the battery died. Paul came out a was very knowledgeable and explained how it had to be towed, to alleviate our fears of breaking something. He then followed us to our home and made sure that our home charger worked fine and it began charging. Thanks Paul:) oh yeah, the young lady that answered our call was very patient and polite. Tell her thanks too:):):)

     Car problems lead me to calling triple AAA. After being left stranded for over 3 hours - triple AAA says they have no ETA on when the driver will be available. So instead, I call Eagle 🦅 Towing. Within an hour they are there, Ricky is super professional , communicative and approachable. He dropped my vehicle off without a hiccup. Thank you Ricky & Eagle Towing for making a less than splendor experience a little more manageable!

     Stranded at the Go Carwash on Midlothian,  I called at least 6 other towing companies prior to Eagle Towing and no one had a truck. Eagle Towing made it happen and had a truck to me within 30 minutes.  The lady on the phone was very pleasant and kept me on the line while working out the logistics to make a truck available.  The driver was professional and handled my car with care.  If I'm ever  stranded again, I'll definitely call Eagle Towing.
